Virbac HPM KJ3 Advanced Kidney&Joint Cat dry food for cats with kidney failure

This dry food is intended for cats with chronic or transient intermediate renal insufficiency (IRIS* stage II). Helps maintain renal function in chronic renal insufficiency. Supports joint metabolism in osteoarthritis. Can be used in chronic liver dysfunction.

Composition: Dehydrated pork protein, rice, animal fat, peas, hydrolyzed pork and chicken protein, potato starch, minerals, fish oil, beet pulp, lignocellulose, inactivated brewer's yeast, hydrolyzed fish protein, fructo-oligosaccharides, psyllium husks and seeds (Plantago psyllium (L.) spp.), hydrolyzed crustaceans (source of chitosan), egg membranes, chondroitin sulfate, inactivated Lactobacillus acidophilus.
Additional ingredients : 1 kg of nutritional additives of which: 17,000 IU vitamin A, 1700 IU vitamin D3, 610 IU vitamin E, 12 mg copper (copper(II) sulfate pentahydrate, 110 mg zinc (zinc sulfate monohydrate), 0.4 mg iodine (potassium iodide), 2460 mg taurine, 540 mg L-carnitine. Binder: bentonite 5g/kg. Antioxidants. Free from artificial colors and flavors.
Analytical composition: d30% crude protein (of which 86% animal protein), 21% crude fat, 1.5% omega-3 fatty acids, 0.4% DHA, 7% crude ash, 3.5% crude fibre, 1% calcium, 0.5% phosphorus, 0.8% potassium, 0.4% sodium, 0.5% methionine, 12mg/kg manganese, 500 IU/kg vitamin E, 33% carbohydrates (nitrogen-free extract), 28% starch, metabolisable energy – 415 kcal/100g.
Nutritional value : 412kcal/100g.

Usage recommendations: In case of chronic renal failure: initially – up to 6 months. To support joint metabolism in osteoarthritis: initially – up to 3 months. It is best to consult a veterinarian before starting use.
