Magnesium carbonate is a phosphate binder. Phosphate binders exchange their anion for phosphorus and are converted into phosphate salts in the gastrointestinal tract, which are excreted in the feces. When comparing the effectiveness of phosphate binders, MgCO3 is more effective (compared to CaCO3). Two important advantages of RENITINE powder are the phosphate binding effect to prevent increased calcium levels and associated calcifications.

Chitosan is a sugar obtained by deacetylating chitin shells. It significantly reduces uremia and serum creatinine levels.

Ingredients: magnesium carbonate, dextrose, chitosan, corn starch, magnesium stearate. Technological additives: (E460) MCC.

Analytical constituents: Crude protein: 0.20%, crude fat: 0.24%, crude ash: 0.99%, crude fibre: <0.1%, moisture: 0.18%.

Usage : 1 g of powder up to 5 kg of body weight, 2 times a day (depending on the number of servings). Mix the powder with pet food. If the diet is based only on dry food, moisten the food slightly so that the powder adheres well and is completely eaten. Or as directed by your veterinarian.
