Hepatosil Advanced Supplements for dogs and cats to support liver function 250 mg N30

A feed supplement for dogs and cats that helps support liver function in cases of liver failure or dysfunction. Regenerates and protects hepatocytes, accelerates liver regeneration and accelerates the restoration of normal function.

Milk thistle ( Silybum marianum ) extract, rich in silymarin (consisting of the flavonoids silybin, silydianin and silychristin), which:

- stimulates the antioxidant and detoxification activity of the liver,

- promotes liver cell regeneration,

- increases bile secretion,

- normalizes the amount of fat in the liver,

- reduces irritating reactions in the liver,

-significantly reduces the levels of liver enzymes such as AST (aspartate aminotransferase) and ALT (alanine aminotransferase).

L-ornithine-L-aspartate (LOLA) reduces ammonia levels in the blood by promoting impaired urea and glutamine synthesis.

S-adenosylmethionine (SAMe) increases the body's natural levels of glutathione. Glutathione is a powerful antioxidant that protects liver cells from toxins and cell death. The SAMe in the supplement helps protect and support liver function.

Artichoke dry extract contains three active ingredients - cynarin, luteolin and chlorogenic acid, which act as a pre/probiotic that aids digestion, as an antioxidant that supports liver function, and as a cholagogue and choleretic that improves the biliary system and liver condition.

Vitamin E (α-tocopherol) is a fat-soluble vitamin with many beneficial properties for patients with liver disease, including antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and antifibrotic effects.

Directions for use*: Dogs: 1 tablet per 10 kg body weight per day. Cats: ½ tablet per 5 kg body weight per day. Or as directed by your veterinarian.

Administration with food reduces SAMe absorption, so HEPATOSIL ADVANCED tablets should be given at least one hour before feeding. If fasting is not possible, HEPATOSIL ADVANCED tablets should be given one hour after a meal.
